We make our dough from scratch each morning. We pay extra for the freshest vegetables available and slice them by hand. Our specially blended cheese is a mix of mozzarella and provolone cheese which adds the richness of flavor that our pizzas are known for. We have an old-fashioned pizza oven with pizza stones.
