Cougar Gold
Savor the nutty flavor of our most famous and popular cheese! Cougar Gold is
a white, sharp cheddar with a taste that resembles Swiss or Gouda. Aged for at
least one year.
American Cheddar
A sharp, traditional orange cheddar cheese aged for at least one year to develop
a smooth, rich flavor.
Smoky Cheddar
Natural smoke flavoring is added to our American Cheddar. Combine with crackers
for a great addition to any party table. Delicious!
Viking
A mild-flavored, semisoft cheese comparable to Monterey Jack. We age it for at
least four months. Great with pasta, in sandwiches, on crackers, or alone as a
snack!
Dill Garlic
A racy blend of dill weed, dill seed, and mild garlic added to our Viking
Cheese. Terrific with pasta or chicken, but best alone.
Sweet Basil
A melt-in-your mouth taste created by seasoning our Viking cheese with flakes of
sweet basil. Experience this flavorful cheese. You'll be delighted!
Hot Pepper
Just the right amount of jalapeno peppers is added to our Viking Cheese for a
medium flavor that's not too hot. Great in omelets!
